Incredibly beautiful and lovely hotel located in a local area very close to Dunedin and the surrounding area as well as the hilly suburbs of Dunedin. Very very good breakfast with better value and with amiable staff...

Superfriendly and excellent staff who were always there to help. The hotel was in a nice position near to shops and city as well as Dunedin and the surrounding area.

The location was marvelous, within walking distance to everything we wanted to explore. We enjoyed some takeout specials from Golden Wok Takeaways, which conveniently was close by. - Our room had exceptional views of the garden. - the staff and host were all very friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely loved the cozy, clean space and the super friendly hosts, couldn't ask for anything better, mate. the BBQ facilities were tops, we even got to peg out our laundry in the garden - true blue relaxation! the only hiccup was the bathroom door that stuck a bit, nothing major though. an absolute ripper of a spot with true blue Kiwi hospitality 🦘.
